Renders India Pvt. Ltd. is a Bhosari (MIDC), Pune, Maharashtra, India-based proprietorship that functions in the Maharashtra Development Corporation. We started our operations in 1987 under the name Renders Electrical Engineering as a manufacturer of various types of Electrical Control Panels and a service provider for Industrial Automation projects. Currently, we hold excellence in exporting SmartMix Industrial Mixers, Smartgrind Sand Mills, Special Purpose Machines, Smartpower Control Panels, and many other products.

Infrastructure

In a prime location near MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation) in Bhosari, Pune, we have developed our full-fledged infrastructure setup. Here, we efficiently handle three major tasks of our company: machinery manufacturing, services, and projects.

At the setup, we have maintained specific resources for projects, services, and product manufacturing. Further, we have bought and taken possession of a large area in Chakan, where we are going to develop our entire infrastructure setup to carry out all the engineering processes under a single roof.

Manufacturing

For efficiently developing the products, we currently maintain three units: viz., Assembly Unit, Machining Unit and Fabrication Unit. Each of them is well-equipped with hi-tech machines and tools for CNC, VMC, and geared lathes, turning, drilling, plating, milling, grinding, taping, zig boring, arc, Argon (TIG) CO2 (MIG) welding, and shearing. On the premises, we also have facilities for bending, polishing, finishing, buffing, painting, etc. We have appointed a qualified workforce and given them proper training to them for handling engineering work with Quality Assurance.

Design

We make use of high end software for design and development for our products, such as Smartmix Agitator, Smartgrind Basket Mills, Vessels And Storage Tanks, SmartMix Twin Shaft Disperser, Smartmix Lab Stirrer, Smartpower Control Panels, etc. We have the required facilities that help us from the concept stage to the design stage to provide customers with the products of their needs. Our design facilities maximize ease, minimize lead time, and ensure safety in operations for the finished products. In order to perform the design tasks, we have appointed a team, with vast experience to study the project, make a plan, and design it. The software that we use in this unit are Solidworks, AutoCAD, Pro-E, PC Schematic, etc.

Services

With our focus on providing a quick response to customer complaints, we have hired professionally trained technicians. We regularly organize training sessions to our team members so that they can quickly analyze problems and solve them with the minimum of errors even if it requires working extra hours. We develop good relations with production staff and periodically inform them about proper machine handling techniques to avoid future breakdowns. Further, as a part of our job, we ensure to provide excellent customer service.
